How can I return my product?
To return a product, an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization ) must be obtained from any of our friendly and helpful customer service representatives which can be reached via our toll free customer support number at 1-866-277-1703. If our support team is not available during normal business hours, please email us with full details as to why you want to make your return. Send the email to techsupport@Tvsuperstores.com and we will respond within 24-48 business hours. RMAs will not be issued via email, but you will be contacted within 24 hours. Returns must meet all applicable criteria.
Any product that is sent back our warehouse or our dropshippers warehouse without an RMA will be charged a 25 percent restocking fee. You will receive a full refund less the 25 percent restocking fee
Upon delivery you must inspect the merchandise and invoice before signing delivery manifest. Accepting delivery indicates you or a cosignee have reviewed your confirmation email at time of purchase and have inspected the merchandise and its contents have matched your online or phone order. If your package appears damaged upon receipt or does not fit your needs, refuse the shipment and notate damages or refusal on delivery manifest. Once your order has been inspected and signed for you are acknowledging the order to be as described to you at the time of purchase.Once the television is signed for and accepted in good condition there are no returns or price adjustments. You must retain all manufacturer packaging until you are satisfied that the merchandise is in complete working condition.
If your television is delivered by Old Dominion ,Pilot Freight Services , Southwestern Freight Lines, or Out Of Area White Glove you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is any physical damage so that we can ship a replacement, If you dont contact us within 48 hours of delivery we cannot file a claim with the shipper, so we would not be able to send out a replacement .
Projectors are final sale and are not returnable once delivered , so please make sure to review your updated proof of purchase emailed to you at time of order confirmation and make sure the model you ordered fits your needs.
If for any reason you change your mind about the projector once its shipped out then refuse the shipment because once you accept shipment there are NO returns or price adjustments
Upon your credit card being charged, if the projector you originally ordered is changed or upgraded via phone with our sales representative during the order confirmation we will email you a new updated final invoice. Please review it carefully, to make sure you are fully satisfied and agree to the changes made, once the order has been shipped there are no price adjustments or cancellaions . Accepting delivery means customer is confirming any changes made to order if different from original invoice and accepts price and model changes as shown on invoice attached to product upon delivery.
If your projector arrives physcially damaged then we will exchange it. You must contact us via phone or email within 24-48 hours of when the order was delivered and we will arrange for a replacement/exchange to be sent. If you dont contact is within 24-48 hours we will not be able to send out a replacement
If there is a defect then you must contact us right away and we will have the manufacturer service the unit for you. In the case of a defective projector we will send you a prepaid label to send back the unit for service. Once you ship the projector back for service you should have it back within 6-8 weeks. If you choose to cancel the projector once it has been picked up for service you will be charged a 25 percent restocking fee.
Any projector that is sent back to our warehouse or our dropshippers warehouse without an RMA and without our prepaid return shipping label will be charged a 25 percent restocking fee.
All soundbars that are returned after delivery is accepted will be charged a 25 percent restocking fee .
Extended Warranty Policy
Extended warranties that are purchased are applicable after the one year manufacturers warranty is over.

If you have any issue with your unit after the first year in which you are covered under manufacturers warranty then all you need to do is contact us directly at 1-866-277-1703 ext 200 and we will assist you in setting up a service appointment with an authorized technician so that the unit can either be repaired or replaced.
Your invoice is your proof of purchase for the extended warranty that you purchased so please retain your copy.
Cancellation and Refusal Policy
Once an order is shipped out we cannot cancel the order .
If you are refusing or cancelling the delivery of an undamaged TV/Projector or appliance, while enroute to you then you are responsible for a 10 percent restocking fee plus the shipping charges for the unit both ways . Shipping charges are $200.00 each way per unit
No cancellation is confirmed unless you receive an e-mail from email@example.com to confirm the cancellation.
Conditions for returned items
Extended Warranties are not returnable they are pre registered and cannot be cancelled once the credit card is charged
Special order products may not be returned
Projectors are not returnable
Accesories may not be returned
All returned merchandise must be in new condition and must include all original packaging and printed material in original unaltered condition. Receipt should be saved, as it is used for proof of purchase. Shipping expenses are not refundable.
In addition please note that any orders that are returned or refused which at time of sale had free shipping or $0 shipping, will be assessed a shipping and handling charge along with any appropriate restocking fees. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product and it is to your satisfaction. Do not write on the manufacturers box, it must be double boxed and the RMA must be written on the outside box, not on the original manufacturer's box.
In a case where management approves a return for a televsion after it was signed for and delivered you will be charged a 20 percent restocking fee. The 20 percent restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.
What may be returned and when?
Please try to inspect the package as carefully as possible, while the shipper is there as we encounter problems even with concealed damage claims. It is always best when the shipper notates damage themselves. You or cosignee must sign the shipper's release form to complete the delivery process. Your signature acknowledges that you understand this Special Return Policy, and the TV meets your expectations, and you understand that you cannot return the TV once you or cosignee sign for and accept it.After delivery, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have after delivery. (This only applies to defects, not damages). Customers are responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse. In the case of an exchange of a defective unit that was refused on delivery, tvsuperstores.com will provide and pay for the outbound shipping of replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 7 days after issuance of a Return Authorization Number.
