Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TVSUPERSTORES.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. TVSUPERSTORES.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Upon your credit card being charged, if the products you originally ordered are changed via phone with our sales representative during the order confirmation we will email you a new updated final invoice. Please review it carefully, to make sure you are fully satisfied and agree to the changes made, once the order has been shipped there are no price adjustments or cancellations. Accepting delivery means customer is confirming any changes made to order if different from original invoice and accepts price and model changes as shown on invoice attached to product upon delivery.
Our free ground shipping takes 7-10 business days from when your credit card is charged. We do offer express shipping at a fee depending on how fast you need it .You can call our sales department for more information.
Once an order is enroute to you , you cannot cancel your order .
No order cancellation is confirmed unless you receive a cancellaton confirmation via email.
If you refuse an undamaged shipment or cancel an order while enroute you are responsible for a 10 percent restocking fee and shipping for the television both ways shipping charges are $200.00 each way.
We will email you an updated order confirmation once your order is confirmed with us via phone that refelcts any upgrades and model changes.Please look it over as soon as possible and make sure you are satisfied and that the unit fits your needs. Once the order is picked up by our trucking company your order cannot be cancelled and once television is delivered it cannot be returned
Accepting delivery is confirmation that your order confirmation satisfies your needs and that there is no damage or defects.
If for ANY reason you decide you dont want the delivery of your television please be sure that you or cosignee REFUSES the shipment
Once an order has been shipped out and left one of our warehouses we cannot change or reroute your order to another shipping adress. All orders can only be shipped to the address provided on your original online or phone order.
Handling, Insurance, and Processing (HIP) must be added at the confirmation of every order. This fee protects your television in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen during the shipping process. There are NO exceptions to this.
It is cardholders responsibility to be at delivery location at time of delivery to inspect the shipment for any damage or defect . The trucking company does contact customer to set up a convenient delivery day. If cardholder is not at the delivery location at the time of delivery then whoever the cosignee is on the premises is responsible to inspect the unit for any damage or defect and if there is any they need to note it on delivery manifest and REFUSE shipment , so that we can file a claim with the shipper. Once the unit is signed for and accepted by cardholder or cosignee in good condition we can no longer file a claim and we are no longer liable and cannot accept any returns on the order.
Extended warranties that are purchased are applicable after the one year manufacturers warranty is over.

If you have any issue with your unit after the first year in which you are covered under manufacturers warranty then all you need to do is contact us directly at 1-866-277-1703 ext 200 and we will assist you in setting up a service appointment with an authorized technician so that the unit can either be repaired or replaced.
Your invoice is your proof of purchase for the extended warranty that you purchased so please retain your copy.
Extended warranties are not returnable
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, incorrect picture or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, picture or product information received from our suppliers, TVSUPERSTORES.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for those products. TVSUPERSTORES.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TVSUPERSTORES.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Limitations On Liability
